Firstpack is a packaging and printing company — factory in Johor Bahru, head office in Singapore. We give first-class service in understanding each client’s needs and helping hit the targets they’ve set.

Printing, cutting, laminating, finishing
The five processes behind everything above — run in-house on the Johor floor, so one accountable line carries a job from printed sheet to finished, glued box.

Printing
Packaging print on the six-colour Mitsubishi 1E143D offset press — Pantone-matched, held to X-Rite measurement, on gloss, matte, recycled and specialty stocks through to full packaging board.

Die-Cutting
Steel-rule dies and creasing matrices cut printed sheets to shape on Bobst and Tsair Shuenn flatbeds — folding cartons, rigid boxes and specialty forms, in stock up to 500gsm.

Foil & Lamination
Film lamination in gloss or matt — 38 to 254 microns, widths to 830mm, moisture-resistant and suited to food packaging — plus metallic gold and silver foil finishes for flexible packaging and point-of-purchase work.

Board-to-Board Lamination
Two or more plies of board — mixed GSM, thickness or material — bonded into one stiffer, moisture-resistant sheet. The construction underneath rigid boxes and heavy-duty packaging.

Folding & Gluing
Four folder-gluing lines fold and seam die-cut blanks into finished cartons — glue laid straight and square, so every box erects true on the packing line.
