In the Chunqiu period, a merchant carved a box for a single pearl.

Magnolia wood, smoked with cassia and pepper. Jade set along the seams; kingfisher feathers laid at the corners.

The buyer kept the box — and handed the pearl back.

买椟还珠. That is the business we have always been in: the vessel that carries the worth.

02 — Fifty years of ink

A packaging print house, more than fifty years on the same craft.

FirstPack — 一鸣 — prints and builds packaging: lithographic carton, paper carrier bags, display and rigid boxes, food and festive lines, and bag-in-box structural work. Colour comes off two Mitsubishi six-colour presses and a five-colour; the boxes are cut, foiled, folded and squared in the same building.

The work runs across two addresses and one operation. The Singapore office and warehouse on Tagore Lane keeps the account close to the client; the Johor factory at Bandar Seri Alam runs the presses and the dies. Singapore service, factory-direct capability — the reason a brand comes to us and stays.
